A Blue-footed Booby stands on the lava formations of Los Tuneles (The Tunnels) south of Isabela Island in the Galapagos Islands of Ecuador.
Can you spot the Sally Lightfoot Crab on the rocks?
The marine sanctuary of Los Tuneles features numerous tunnels, arches and lava tubes. Manta rays, sea horses, sharks and turtles live underwater, while blue-footed boobies and penguins live on the rocks above. Prickly pear cactus grow on the lichen-covered rocks.
Los Tuneles is a 45- to 60-minute boat ride from Puerto Villamil on the island of Isabela in the Galapagos Islands of the Ecuador, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
