"New York Red Barn" by Catherine Sherman.
The Kelly Round Barn and grounds are now the site of a Farmers' Market. Located near Halcottsville in Delaware County, New York., the barn was built in 1899 for the Kelly Brothers for easier cow care. The barn is a two-story structure with a low conical roof, approximately 90 feet in diameter. It features a central silo.
The Meade family ran the dairy farm through 1963. The barn was reconstructed in 1988.
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
Since 1991, From mid-May through mid-October area farmers and artisans have gathered from mid-May through mid-October on the grounds of the Round Barn to share their goods at the Pakatakan Farmers’ Market.
