A Jaguar Mark 2 car is parked on cobblestones in an alley in Porvoo, Finland. Raindrops spatter the car's beautiful exterior. A sign on the window states that this elegant car is for sale. The Jaguar Mark 2 is a medium-sized saloon car built from late 1959 to 1967 by Jaguar in Coventry, England.
Beyond is one of the red storehouses on the Porvoo River in Old Porvoo, Finland, are among the town's most photographed sights. Red ochre paint was used to paint the storehouses in the late 18th century in honor of King Gustav III's arrival.
Historically, Porvoo has been an important center of trade, and the storehouses were once used to store goods and produce, such as exotic delicacies from distant lands. The Porvoo River connects the town to the Gulf of Finland.
