This white hibiscus is native to Hawaii and is one of the rare species of fragrant hibiscus. This beautiful flower is known as aloalo, kokiʻo keʻokeʻo or kokiʻo kea in the Hawaiian language.
The Hibiscus Waimeae, a member of the okra family (Malvaceae), is endemic to the island of Kauaʻi in Hawaii.
